Manchester United 2010-2011 (Return of the King)

How to be the Champion?

As everyone knew that Chelsea is the champion of season 2009-2010, are you curious that how come? It almost start the new season of English premiere league, and the transferring market is almost close as well, why Man United haven’t gotten any new players to support the first team. Even, Man United just signed 2 players like Chris Smalling (England U21 team) and Javier Hernandez (Mexico rookie), but they both is such a young player and they don’t have experience enough.

Chris Smalling Javier Hernandez

What is Alex Ferguson thinking? And also he just confirmed that he won’t sign any new players because he think all players from last season plus 2 new players are enough for asking Chelsea to give him back the champion trophy.

Alex Ferguson

Why he is thinking like that? Now I think I got the answer and the answer is…

He is so proud and confident in his young players from reserve team. I do agree with him. I think if we can push the Red Devil young blood to the first team, give them a chance it the first team more often, those young players who have full of energy, passion and ability will support the first team very well. As you knew that in the age of 1996-2006, there were a lot of young players from the academy team went to the first team together such as Ryan Giggs, David Beckham, Paul Schole, Nicky Butt, Lee Sharpe, Gary and Phil Neville.

Manchester United 1996-2006

At that time, we can call the golden age of the United because we were the champions for many years, and also the triple champions in season 1999-2000. Man United at that time was the first triple champions in Europe. See! All success came from the young players.

Triple Champions 1999-2000

Right now, because of the budget cut, Malcolm Glazer (the Owner) he has full of debt over 700 million pound. Therefore, Man United can’t sign any new players absolutely. In my opinion, I believe in Alex Ferguson and the young blood players. If we can make the new generation team and support with players who have a lot of experience, Man United will have an ability to be the champion and maintain their success for long term in the future.

Alright, I will provide the young blood players who are the hope for the next season.

1. Javier Hernandez

International : Mexico
Position : Striker
Profile : He is an out-and-out striker, Chicharito is quick, two-footed and strong in the air, qualities that have already seen him likened to Reds legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. He’s already made an impact at international level, scoring twice for Mexico in the 2010 World Cup just days before completing his switch to United.

2. Federico Macheda

International : Italy U21
Position : Striker
Profile : He is a powerful forward with a natural eye for goal, he was born in Rome and is regarded in Italy as one of the most promising prospects of his generation. Having relocated to England to further his career, Macheda has quickly moved up the ranks at United. He started out in Paul McGuinness' Under-18s side, but has become a regular in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Reserves

International :Ireland
Position : Midfielder
Profile : 'Gibbo' has been in and around the first team for several seasons but it was in the 2008/09 campaign that he made a real breakthrough. He scored his first goal for the seniors in the FA Cup win at Southampton in January 2009 and also played every game of the Reds' triumphant Carling Cup campaign, in which his composure and passing ability drew comparisons with Michael Carrick.

International : France
Position : Forward, Winger
Profile : Obertan first pulled on the red shirt in the Carling Cup fourth round win at Barnsley in October 2009 after a back injury had delayed his debut. He impressed enough to be given a league bow (as a substitute) at Old Trafford four days later against Blackburn and became a viable attacking option from the bench thereafter. He made 13 appearances in all competitions and was a key part of the Reserves’ double-winning side.

International : England U21
Position : Defender
Profile : A quick, clever central defender, Smalling played cameo roles for Roy Hodgson’s Fulham in both domestic and European competitions during 2009/10. Those fleeting performances were enough to earn him call-ups at England Under-21 level, and catch the eye of United scouts who identified him as a talent too good to miss out on.

I will cheer you guys up every young blood Red Devil. I hope you will support the first team and bring us back to be the number one of the new season.

New Shirt wow wow wow I need it ASAP !!!

Welcome back the United
After, I talked too much about World cup 2010 in South Africa and Paul the hottest octopus, let’s come back to our lovely team, the Manchester United.

Today, I would like to show you the newest product from the United that is the new team shirt of the next season. They design the new shirt that looks very cool with the new sponsor in front of the shirt. Let’s see the what the new shirt is.

The new Manchester United home kit for the 2010/11 season combines elements of the club’s history with new age technology – as every shirt will be made entirely from recycled polyester, each created from up to eight plastic water bottles as part of Nike’s ‘Considered Design’ programmed.

Red, white and black is in the DNA of Manchester United and Nike has captured the spirit of the club through this season’s home kit. The new shirt leans towards a classic look, inspired by the 1970s, and features a collar for the first time since Nike became the team’s official kit supplier in 2002. And the chevron design that featured last season is evident in the engineered mesh pattern on the back of the shirt, with the V-shape echoed in the shoulder print detail and in the socks.

the new sponsor "AON" and the new shirt for 2010-2011

Aon, the new shirt sponsor, features on the front of the shirt, while inside the shirt on the back of the club crest is the club's mantra, 'Believe'. The message sits right next to the heart, revealing every United fan's 'Inner Pride', while the symbolic Red Devil sits on the sleeve of the shirt and the shorts to add the finishing touches to the kit.

Old version

Alright, it’s very cool. Right now, I feel like I want to go online and own the new shirt as soon as possible, and I will put my name on the back and number 9 of Wayne Rooney. Let's go to this site and get ONEEEE !!!! http://store.manutd.com/stores/manutd/products/kit_selector.aspx?selectorid=292

Celebrating to the Octopus

Alright everyone !!!! This is a time to celebrate the Octopus “Paul”

After, the oracle “Paul” predicted that Spain would be the world cup champion. All the press and Spain supporters are keeping their eyes on the result of this Final round between Spain and Holland. Finally, Paul’s prediction is correct again. Spain is the world cup champion and Paul became to the best animal oracle of the sport world from now on ^^.

The last prediction of Paul

To be close with Paul, today I would like to provide everybody about Paul’s history and also his past work.

Paul

Paul the octopus is a common octopus and he’s living in a tank at Sea Life Centre in Oberhausen, Germany. Paul is used as an animal oracle since to predict the results of soccer matched, especially international matches that Germany is playing UEFA Euro 2008. During a divination, Paul is presented with 2 boxes containing food, each marked with the flag of a national soccer team in an upcoming match.

In UEFA Euro 2008, Paul correctly predicted the result of 4 of 6 of Germany’s matches. He failed to predict their defeats by Croatia in the group stage and by Spain in the championship’s final.

This is a table result of Paul’s prediction in Euro 2008.

In the world cup 2010 at South African, Paul came back again and for this time, Paul’s accuracy is 100%. He predicted the winners of each of the seven 2010 FIFA World cup matches that the German team played, against Australia, Serbia, Ghana England, Argentina, Spain, Uruguay, and also the Championship match between Spain and Holland.

This is a table result of Paul’s prediction in World cup 2010.

Right now, I think all of Dutch man would like to grill and eat him like a seafood dinner, but for all Spanish, they would say “Paul… thank you very much”. For me who love seafood as well, I don’t want to eat him but I need his prediction again. I want him to predict the English Premiere League season 2010-2011. If he chooses Man United, I will quit eating octopus. On the other hand, he chooses the other team, I promise I will eat octopus everyday!!! Hehehe ^^

Welcome new comers

Hello… Happy Thursday all the red army

I think everyone can not refuse that world cup 2010 in South African is very fever all around the world. We just got 2 teams today who passed to the final round, which are Spain and Netherland. Spain won Germany 1-0 from Carles Puyol’s goal, and Netherland won Uruguay 3-2. In my opinion, the game between Netherland and Uruguay was a very good game. They both were approximate and also played very well.

Holland 3-2 Uruguay

Contrastingly, Spain and Germany game was a little bit boring because Germany couldn’t be in the form like last 2 games.

Germany 0-1 Spain

Alright, I think I talked to much about the world cup. Let’s come back to our lovely team Red Devil, Manchester United.

Today, I would like to talk about the new comers of this summer. To prepare the team for coming back to Champion Trophy and being number one of England, Man United decided to spend $14 million for new defender center, Chris Smalling, the rookie from Fulham.

Chris Smalling

Smalling had been the pursued by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger (Man United’s Champion competitive) for long time but he decided to sign with the United. In my opinion, the signing of the England U21 International is a very good sign because He is a young player and also he is the future of the England team. Moreover, he could be an indication that Nemanja Vidic will leave the club in the summer. There have been numerous reports linking the Serb with a move to Spain, with Barcelona or Real Madrid as the likely destination.

Nemanja Vidic

Smalling has made eight appearances so far this season for Fulham and was an unused substitute in the in3-0 defeat to Fulham December.

Furthermore, the United also signed a new striker from Chivas de Guadalajara, Javier Hernandez, the Mexican international striker, 22 years, who had a very good form in world cup 2010.

Javier Hernandez

He scored 2 goals for Mexico and leaded Mexico to the second round of the world cup. Unfortunately, the transfer fee paid by the Red Devils to secure the services of “Chicharito” (his nickname), has not been announced. I used to see him 2-3 matches in the world cup even though he was just a reserved player, when he had a chance in the field, he always show his potential and 2 goal from world cup should be enough to guarantee his ability that he can play for the United.

Alex Ferguson, manager of the Red Devils welcomed to hire “a tremendous young striker, very prolific for his club as well as for the national team. It will be a great addition to our team and we look forward to welcoming our first Mexican player this summer”.

Sir. Alex Ferguson

“I am very pleased to have reached an agreement for the transfer“, immediately said Sir Alex Ferguson on the club website. “This player is very promising and it is in great shape, either with or with Guadalajara Mexico. It will bring us a lot and I’m eager to welcome the first Mexican in the history of our club”. http://www.fillmedia.com/manchester-united-javier-hernandez-chicharito-welcome-the-first-mexican-in-the-mancunian-9646.htm

Alright, I think 2 young players for the next season is not enough. The Champion, Chelsea is still full of super star and they also have a lot of good players for backing up. Arsenal just spent their money for 2 super stars as well. The season 2010-2011 would be higher competitive than last season. Although, Man United keep looking for the new sign, not yet complete any other player. The player that they are interested is Karim Benzema, Joe Cole, Wesley Sneijder.

Karim Benzema Joe Cole Wesley Sneijder

If they get 1 or 2 players from those list, I think our Red Devil will have a lot of potential to get the Trophy again.
