Welcome new comers

Hello… Happy Thursday all the red army

I think everyone can not refuse that world cup 2010 in South African is very fever all around the world. We just got 2 teams today who passed to the final round, which are Spain and Netherland. Spain won Germany 1-0 from Carles Puyol’s goal, and Netherland won Uruguay 3-2. In my opinion, the game between Netherland and Uruguay was a very good game. They both were approximate and also played very well.

Contrastingly, Spain and Germany game was a little bit boring because Germany couldn’t be in the form like last 2 games.

Alright, I think I talked to much about the world cup. Let’s come back to our lovely team Red Devil, Manchester United.

Today, I would like to talk about the new comers of this summer. To prepare the team for coming back to Champion Trophy and being number one of England, Man United decided to spend $14 million for new defender center, Chris Smalling, the rookie from Fulham.

Chris Smalling

Smalling had been the pursued by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger (Man United’s Champion competitive) for long time but he decided to sign with the United. In my opinion, the signing of the England U21 International is a very good sign because He is a young player and also he is the future of the England team. Moreover, he could be an indication that Nemanja Vidic will leave the club in the summer. There have been numerous reports linking the Serb with a move to Spain, with Barcelona or Real Madrid as the likely destination.

Nemanja Vidic

Smalling has made eight appearances so far this season for Fulham and was an unused substitute in the in3-0 defeat to Fulham December.

Furthermore, the United also signed a new striker from Chivas de Guadalajara, Javier Hernandez, the Mexican international striker, 22 years, who had a very good form in world cup 2010.

Javier Hernandez

He scored 2 goals for Mexico and leaded Mexico to the second round of the world cup. Unfortunately, the transfer fee paid by the Red Devils to secure the services of “Chicharito” (his nickname), has not been announced. I used to see him 2-3 matches in the world cup even though he was just a reserved player, when he had a chance in the field, he always show his potential and 2 goal from world cup should be enough to guarantee his ability that he can play for the United.

Alex Ferguson, manager of the Red Devils welcomed to hire “a tremendous young striker, very prolific for his club as well as for the national team. It will be a great addition to our team and we look forward to welcoming our first Mexican player this summer”.

Sir. Alex Ferguson

“I am very pleased to have reached an agreement for the transfer“, immediately said Sir Alex Ferguson on the club website. “This player is very promising and it is in great shape, either with or with Guadalajara Mexico. It will bring us a lot and I’m eager to welcome the first Mexican in the history of our club”. http://www.fillmedia.com/manchester-united-javier-hernandez-chicharito-welcome-the-first-mexican-in-the-mancunian-9646.htm

Alright, I think 2 young players for the next season is not enough. The Champion, Chelsea is still full of super star and they also have a lot of good players for backing up. Arsenal just spent their money for 2 super stars as well. The season 2010-2011 would be higher competitive than last season. Although, Man United keep looking for the new sign, not yet complete any other player. The player that they are interested is Karim Benzema, Joe Cole, Wesley Sneijder.

If they get 1 or 2 players from those list, I think our Red Devil will have a lot of potential to get the Trophy again.
